  • Leroy Haines

    Founder / Director / Physiotherapist

    Leroy has over 11 years of experience across private practice, hospitals, occupational health, and community care. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master of Physiotherapy, and was inspired to join the profession after an ACL injury.

    As Co-Director and founder of Enable Healthcare, he brings strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

    Outside of work, Leroy is a father of three and a keen cricket enthusiast.

  • Austin Anthony

    Director / Physiotherapist

    Austin has over 12 years of experience across neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory care. Inspired to join the profession due to his fascination on how the body works and moves, he has worked across private practice, hospitals, and community aged care, and has also acquired his GLA:D certification. His special interest is in pain science.

    As Co-Director of Enable Healthcare, Austin combines clinical expertise with leadership and mentoring.

    A father of three, he enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and exploring and learning new things about nature.

  • Katie Sloan

    Exercise Physiologist

    Katie graduated with a Master’s degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science. She has worked with the Western Bulldogs AFLW team and Football Federation Victoria as well as Australia. Through her work as a therapy assistant, primarily with people with acquired brain injuries, she discovered her love for helping people. Seeing people reach goals and grow in themselves is something she loves.

    A proud Western Bulldogs and Tottenham Hotspur supporter, Katie also enjoys hiking, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Gagan Pruthi

    Physiotherapist

    Gagan has over 11 years of experience working both internationally and in Australia and completing his Masters in Physiotherapy in 2013, focussed on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

    He has a keen interest in helping the older population remain independent and living at home, having completed GLA:D certification, and a special interest in neurological physiotherapy.

    When he isn’t working, Gagan enjoys cricket, skating and some badminton with his wife and two boys.
